We have a wealth of processing experience in complex-shaped castings across various fields, utilizing processing technology that is not limited by shape. Here, we introduce a work submitted to the 7th Dream Contest. We created a truncated icosahedron structure, consisting of 60 carbon atoms, inspired by fullerenes (soccer ball shape). A double-structured PEEK nozzle that integrates suction and discharge. It maintains a constant liquid level during cleaning to prevent overflow and allows for free adjustment of the internal and external tube lengths.
We have started selling a cleaning W nozzle that can perform cleaning and suction simultaneously. It features our unique handy connector base, allowing for easy hand-tight assembly. Since all parts are made of PEEK, it is autoclavable and minimizes concerns about contamination, temperature, and solvent restrictions. The double structure consists of two nozzles, one on the outside and one on the inside, allowing liquid to be discharged from the inner narrow nozzle while simultaneously suctioning liquid from the outer nozzle. Additionally, as it is a PEEK double nozzle, the lengths of the inner and outer nozzles can be freely designed. When combined with an air pump, it can simultaneously suction liquid from the same container during discharge, maintaining a constant liquid level. This eliminates concerns about overflow of liquid in the container during the cleaning process, making it highly effective for automatic cleaning and liquid replacement.
